• Eligibility: To register for courses or sessions, you must be at least 16 years of age. Minors may participate in certain meditations (like Twin Hearts) only with parental consent and according to the age guidelines of the World Pranic Healing Foundation.

3. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Course Fees: All fees for courses, workshops, and healing sessions must be paid in full prior to the start date unless otherwise agreed.
• Refund Policy: – Cancellations made 3 days before a course may be eligible for a [Partial/Full] refund.

Note: No refunds will be issued for “no-shows” or cancellations made less than 10 hours before a scheduled healing session.

• Changes to Pricing: We reserve the right to change our service prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Facilitation of Donations

We are committed to supporting the global mission of Grand Master Choa Kok Sui (GMCKS). Please note the following regarding all financial contributions:

• Third-Party Processing: Lightworkers Jodhpur Park does not directly collect, hold, or manage donation funds.
• Redirect Disclosure: When you click to donate, you will be redirected to the official GMCKS Trust Fund payment gateway.
• Management: All donations are managed, processed, and receipted by the GMCKS Trust Fund. Lightworkers Jodhpur Park acts solely as a facilitator to streamline the process for our local community.
• Tax Benefits: Any tax exemption certificates (such as 80G in India) will be issued by the GMCKS Trust Fund, subject to their specific terms and government regulations.

5. Intellectual Property
